Today’s Nourish and Restore Podcast Tip: Explore your Sense of Smell

A great way to help you sleep is to add a few drops of a lovely essential oil to a carrier oil and rub it into your feet before you head to bed (use something that is calming and or grounding like lavender or cedar wood).

Did you know that rose can reduce stress and lower the heart rate? Apparently rose has been shown to have anti-depressant benefits, it calms and uplifts as well.
