A great way to help you sleep is to add a few drops of a lovely essential oil to a carrier oil and rub it into your feet before you head to bed (use something that is calming and or grounding like lavender or cedar wood).

Did you know that rose can reduce stress and lower the heart rate? Apparently rose has been shown to have anti-depressant benefits, it calms and uplifts as well.

Some very interesting facts about the West Coast National Park! Love learning something new every day! Did u know that in 1648 the Khoi dictionary was documented in Kraalbaai, that the Langebaan lagoon was classified as a wetland of international importance according to the Ramsay convention criteria in 1975…. and that the park was established in 1985 and comprises of some 32000ha! Wow …. 😳
