Self-love Yoga Sequence with me Nicole

Hello lovely

Gosh how are you doing?

This month has been lovely and challenging on so many levels and it’s been such an honour for me to guide you through it.

Today we are going to go through a gentle yoga sequence together, working on our heart and spleen meridian, as well as gentle chest and hip openers.

A great way to end of the month and prepare you for the next!.

Enjoy this sequence mid morning on a nice lazy weekend of when you come home from work.
