Sometimes we are a little overwhelmed…
Yes, even the two of us can get overwhelmed sometimes. Granted, not as often as we used to, but it still occurs – I mean we are only human after all!!!!
Remember that if you’re not ready to do a full workout due to feeling ill or not fully rested, be sure to walk instead. You’ll gain such great benefit from this simple practice if done with awareness.
Walking into the rising sun first thing in the morning – this is the biggest, easiest tip/ action step you can take if you’re feeling stressed, overwhelmed or depressed.
Walk for at least 20 minutes at sunrise.
